Louis Kotze (Director)
Louis Kotze has an honors degree in Human Resource Development as well as a four year diploma in ministry and a Unisa business diploma. He was the previous owner of Assess and Development Institute Mpumelelo where he developed the Eskom leadership model. Louis was involved in the development of unit standards in line with SAQA requirements and is an accredited training provider with Agri Seta on various unit standards. His career accentuates various training material development from project management to emerging contractors. Currently Louis is the owner of Sifundela Entabeni College and is trained as a farm simulator facilitator and supported Eskom on Legislative training.
Prof. Tom Gouws
Prof. Tom Gouws is well known for his expertise on all levels of education and is recognized as such by institutions of higher learning where he served as external examiner and moderator for various universities and colleges. He served as acting Vice-chancellor and Rector of the University of North-West(South Africa) and Chancellor of Graduate Academy of South Africa..
Prof. Deon De Clerk
Obtained the Honns B.Com degree cum laude in 1971 followed by the M.Com cum laude in 1974 and D.Com in 1979. Started an academic career in 1971 as junior lecturer at the PU for CHE and was promoted to full professor in1982.Was Appointed as director of the School of Business Management in 1995. Lectured in Financial Management, Strategic Management, Leadership and Business Ethics. Published a handbook in Business Ethics and was author and co-author of chapters of 22 academic text books. Read 11 papers at International Conferences (1999 – 2006). Topics covered Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Ethics. Joined the African Institute for Mentoring (Aim), as director, May 2006. . As deputy dean and dean lead the team in three major redesigning curriculum exercises. Did consultation on leadership development to top management of large and medium-sized companies (including workshops on strategic management and values based leadership). Became a member of the Touching Africa Initiative (TAI) in July 2012. TAI’s vision is to touch Africa with a multi-disciplinary approach to change Africa and Africa the world.
Started his career in 1989 as an educator and was promoted to Waterkloof High School in 1996 and in that same year teamed up with a company called Aerosud and started The Academy for Aviation and Technology. Their vision was ……LIVE YOUR DREAM…..Their mission was to promote Aviation and Technology awareness amongst the youth of South Africa and to stimulate interest in Science and Technology by developing missing niches in the global continuum.
