Dr Anton Janse van Rensburg is a practising medical doctor from Pretoria. He is trained in the field of metal toxicology, has a master’s degree in Applied Human Nutrition and has a business diploma though the Manchester Business School.


Izak van der Merwe is an Industrial Engineer graduate from the University of Pretoria. He is involved in projects in the following fields: bio-energy, renewable energy, communications, infrastructure developments and banking systems. Izak’s professional career involved both consulting and practical application.


Fritz Metz is an Architect graduate from the University of Pretoria. Fritz has 22 years experience in commercial practice on small to R500m projects on all aspects of Architecture. He is currently in partnership with Leani Verbeek Metz for 8 years and practicing as Metz Metz Architects. We are situated in Pretoria from where we provide the entire range of architectural services to all regions of Southern Africa.


Wayne Holm has been an entrepreneur for the last 18 years, managing his own businesses for most of that time. This skill and knowledge of the financial markets has seen him managing and later owning PFC (Personal Financial Services). PFC is a property investment company that manages the portfolios of investors in commercial buildings. In his passion for people and business, he has assisted many people in setting-up businesses. Wayne is FSB registered.


Louis Kotze has an honors degree in Human Resource Development as well as a four year diploma in ministry and a Unisa business diploma. He was the previous owner of Assess and Development Institute Mpumelelo where he developed the Eskom leadership model.


Stephan Botha is a commercial farmer with 15 years of experience in cattle and sheep. He was the founding chairman of the Senepol Breeders Assosiation of South Africa. In 2009 he initiated the FarmForAfrica project in Tete – Mozambique.


Hein Holm has a degree in Personnel Management with a further qualification in IT systems through Unisa. For the last 17 years he has been involved in operational management with specific focus on health care, agriculture and community development. Together with his wife Charlene, they started the concept of FarmForAfrica which was later changed to FarmForAfrica Trust with Hein being the chairman. Hein sits on various boards and trust.
